This platform only provides services to adult users aged 18 and above. We do not actively collect or retain the personal data of minors. If we accidentally learn of information involving minors, we will delete it immediately. If you are aware that any minor has used our services without authorization, please contact us immediately.

LoanAxis does not have access to your address book, and we will not contact the emergency contacts you filled in unless you can maintain normal contact. LoanAxis takes user data security very seriously and is committed to protecting your data. Rest assured, this data will not be shared with any unrelated third parties.
Location Information: During your use of LoanAxis services, we collect your approximate location data to provide location-based services. This includes location-specific offers, relevant advertising, and emergency services based on your location. During user authentication, we will only collect images selected and uploaded by the user to verify their identity, prevent fraud, and ensure account security. Social Media Account Information: When you use the loan services of this app, we need to obtain information related to your social media accounts (such as email, WhatsApp account, etc.). 2) Complete deletion with customer service assistance
